Pavagada Solar Park

The Pavagada Solar Park is located in the Tumakuru district of Karnataka. It is a joint venture set up by Karnataka Renewable Energy (KREDL) and Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). Earlier the planning was to put up a solar park of 2,000 MW over 13,000 acres of land but the additional capacity of 50MW was added later on. In December 2019, Softbank- led SB has announced the commission of its final 100MW solar project in the solar park.
Golmud Desert Solar Park

It was the largest individual solar power plant in the world when it was first commissioned in 2011. The Golmud Desert Park is located in china. It has about 55 solar power plants with a total capacity of 1800 MW. The Golmud Desert solar park is also the mother of huanghe hydropower’s 200MW solar project.
Delingha Solar Park

The Delingha Solar Park is located in the north of Haixi in the Qinghai Province of China. It has about 40 solar power projects with an operation capacity of 1GW. It also incorporates concentrated solar projects which deliver near about 200MW capacity. The 810 MW Solar Thermal Power Plant is in progress in the park.
Jinchuan Solar Park

The founder of Wiki-solar says that Jinchuan Solar Park is home to solar projects with an operational capacity of 1GW. The JinkoSolar holds the largest individual project contribution of more than 200MW capacity in the park.
Ananthapuram Ultra Mega Solar Park

The Ananthapuram Ultra Mega Solar Park is located in Nambulapulakunta Mandal in the Ananthapur district of Andhra Pradesh. Earlier the park was commissioned in 2016 with an operational capacity of 250MW. The Andhra Pradesh Government then decided to expand the park with a capacity of 750MW in March 2018.
Rewa Ultra Mega Park

The Rewa Ultra Mega Park is the newest solar park in India located in Madhya Pradesh. It was installed with a total capacity of 750MW. It is like home to three solar projects each of 250MW capacity. The shareholder of the solar projects are namely Mahindra Susten, Acme Solar, and Solenergi. The park has two-off takers near about 1233MUs and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation near about 345 MUs per year.
